Affirmations proudly celebrates 22 years of service as metro Detroit’s community center for lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender people and their allies at its 13th annual fundraising event, Spring Bash.

Affirmations is honored to announce this year's Spring Bash, as a Black Tie affair at the prestigious Detroit Institute of Arts. With this year's theme, The Art of Re~Creation, Affirmations will combine the elegance of the Detroit Institute of Arts with the
excitement and vision of our new Executive
Director, David Garcia under the grandeur of the Walter B. Ford Great Hall.

Join Affirmations in supporting the Blair Rose Project!
Pay It Forward in a big way, by purchasing a trio of roses!

Through his soulful words and driving music, Blair spread his raw insight among those who needed to hear it the most. He was nothing, if not a champion of change for the greater good and the benefit of the underdog. His words and music resounded locally, wrapping themselves around Detroit, moving purposefully across the nation and - ultimately, gaining global audiences.

Pay It Forward in your own way and help us to preserve the Blair Legacy. Each rose is hand-crafted from natural goose feathers and rolled paper. They are a perfect gift for your sweetheart or and excellent way to make a stranger's day. Simply use them to Pay It Forward to someone deserving of your special thoughts.

We will donate 25% of all proceeds to Affirmations, in honor of the Blair Legacy through eBay Giving Works - a charitable touch foundation, and it's partner store The Northern Attic.  Both are proudly working hand in hand to honor this legendary man by supporting arts and culture in the Detroit Metropolitan area.  CLICK HERE TO ORDER AND PAY IT FORWARD!
