Team Captains make a one year commitment to contribute $1000 per year in either a one time payment or monthly payments over the course of the year. Team Captains then recruit 10 Team Players to commit in joining their team. Team Players join a team by committing $500 per year in either a one time payment or monthly payments over the course of the year.
