With an annual gift of $120 or more, you help sustain Affirmations' much-needed programs and services. Your pledge will benefit our youth, our friends that seek mental and physical health assistance, including our HIV/AIDS prevention and education programs, and will provide additional social and recreational outlets, bringing the LGBT community together. Team Captains make a one year commitment to contribute $1000 per year in either a one time payment or monthly payments over the course of the year. Team Captains then recruit 10 Team Players to commit in joining their team. Team Players join a team by committing $500 per year in either a one time payment or monthly payments over the course of the year.
