|This lower level space is a beautiful place for reading, perusing periodicals or conducting internet research. Located on the lower level, the space has a view of the Cyber Center, Sky Deck and main stairwell winding up to the second level. The media center contains current periodicals and classic LGBT movies for honor-system checkout , as well as access to computers with internet capability for people 21 and over. A cozy kid's corner with colorful bean bags and pillows is perfect for story time. The library contains over a thousand titles that are of specific interest to the LGBT community. General Reference, Queer Studies, Health, Family, Religion & Spirituality are only a few of the nonfiction sections available. The library also contains extensive men’s and women’s fiction sections. Books are organized alphabetically and are easy to find. Our lending policy is based on the honor system. See a book—like it—take it home—bring it back when you are done. PLEASE NOTE: Due to expanded capacity, we are accepting donations of all LGBT interest books.|
|David Bohnett Cyber Center|
|Offering all people a relaxing study and away-from-the-office space. There is usually a cyber center assistant located nearby to answer questions and assist in using equipment. A full-service cyber center featuring: Free wireless internet Printing, faxing & copying services 15 public-access computers, free to members.|
Additional computers are available for youth under 21 only, in the gameroom. These computers are only available when the youth program is open. The cyber center is made possible in part due to a grant from the David Bohnett Foundation.
